Miscellaneous Parts for Sale

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

*Representative agrees to keep parts, Outlook will arrange shipping/pick up once sold.

*Once sold, Outlook will receive 20% of the total sale, and mail a check to the address noted above for the remaining amount.

*Representative agrees to inform Outlook if parts are sold outside of this agreement.
